Terry’s expertise in consulting is in helping clients unpack complex problems in the areas of finance, operations and organizational development. She blends a deep subject area expertise, with an integrated understanding of the organization’s unique culture, challenges and opportunities. Terry helps companies and organizations move forward in a strategic, results-oriented and sustainable way.

Terry has significant experience as a C-level leader and manager, both in the for-profit and not-for -profit environments   She was most recently Chief Operating Officer at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago, and previously the Senior Associate Dean for Finance and Administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. In addition, Terry has worked at American Express, Kwasha Lipton, Bellcore and the Ethical Culture Fieldston School.
